At Chazblue, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify an order. This Cancel/ Change Order explains the conditions, timeframes, and procedures for requesting changes after an order has been placed on chazblue.com.

Please review this policy carefully to ensure you understand your options and limitations regarding order cancellations or changes.


1. Order Processing Overview

Orders placed on Chazblue are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order enters the processing stage, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

Our standard order processing time is within 1 business day. Orders may be prepared for shipment shortly after payment confirmation.


2. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation conditions:

  • The order must not have entered the shipping stage
  • The request must be approved by our support team
  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that approved refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy timeline.


3. Order Change Policy

Changes to an order may be requested before the order enters processing. This includes changes such as:

  • Updating the shipping address
  • Changing product size or color (if applicable)
  • Correcting customer contact information

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes can no longer be made. Customers may instead refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

  • Orders affected by external carrier or logistics processes
