If your PayPal or Venmo account uses a different currency, your payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and applicable international transaction fees. These fees are determined solely by the payment provider and are not controlled by Chazblue.

Chazblue prioritizes payment security and customer data protection.
All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure payment gateways operated by trusted third-party providers. We do not store, access, or retain your full financial account details, credit card numbers, or banking credentials.

We recommend reaching out to us before initiating a dispute or chargeback through your payment provider so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution.
Disputes, chargebacks, or reversed payments may result in temporary order suspension while the matter is reviewed. All cases are handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and the applicable policies of PayPal or Venmo.
